RSI Fellowship in Rhinoplasty

The RSI Fellowship in Rhinoplasty is a structured clinical observership and training initiative developed by the Rhinoplasty Society of India for qualified ENT and Plastic Surgeons seeking focused exposure to rhinoplasty.

The fellowship has been designed to encourage deeper academic engagement, surgical observation, case-based learning, and interaction with experienced rhinoplasty surgeons across accredited fellowship centres.

Through a combination of operative exposure, academic discussions, conferences, and structured mentorship, the program aims to support surgeons in refining their understanding of both functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty.

The fellowship is intended for surgeons with a serious interest in rhinoplasty who wish to further strengthen their clinical judgment, anatomical understanding, and surgical planning within a supervised academic environment.

RSI Fellowship Centres are selected through an evaluation process and represent practices committed to rhinoplasty education and responsible surgical training.

Please note that the RSI Fellowship is an educational training program and not a degree or certification conferring specialist status.

Nature of Fellowship

The fellowship is solely for the purpose of advancing the knowledge about Rhinoplasty. This is not an academic degree and does not give any right to the attendees any claim to the expertise in this surgery.

Eligibility & Selection Process

The RSI Fellowship in Rhinoplasty is open exclusively to qualified ENT and Plastic Surgeons who are active members of the Rhinoplasty Society of India (RSI).

Selection into the fellowship is competitive and based on a structured evaluation process. Applications will undergo detailed review by the Fellowship Committee, including assessment of the applicant's clinical background, rhinoplasty experience, academic work, surgical exposure, and overall commitment to the field.

Shortlisted candidates will subsequently be invited for an interview with an expert panel as part of the final selection process. The Fellowship Selection Interview will be conducted twice annually, with dates announced in advance. Applications will remain open on an ongoing basis.

Fellowship Duration

3 Months

The proposed Fellowship will be of three months duration and should be completed either by attending continuously for three months or in a discontinuous phased manner and in the latter case it should be completed in one year. Candidates can choose up to three centres in the same city to maximize the gains.

Fellowship Centres

Applicants will be required to select the city in which they wish to pursue the fellowship. During the application process, candidates must indicate:
