Dr. Baser is an ENT surgeon with over 30 years of experience in rhinoplasty. He serves as Director of Akash Nose Hospital, Indore, and Senior Consultant at Jaslok and Bhatia Hospitals, Mumbai. He is the Founding Secretary of the Indian Society of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and a Board Member of PAAFPRS. An author of three rhinoplasty textbooks used internationally and over 40 research publications. He has trained over 2000 ENT and plastic surgeons in rhinoplasty and has served as faculty at numerous international conferences.

Dr. Swaroop Singh Gambhir is a Board Certified plastic surgeon with 22 years of experience and currently working as Co Chairman and Head of Unit in Department of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He has been the Organising secretary to Delhi Rhinoplasty Course which he has been doing for the last 8 years. His keen interest is in Rhinoplasty and other facial plastic surgery and has been the speaker in many academic forums.
